“ The food here is really good for a small town. Good options on the menu. We ordered a grilled chicken plate, we get to choose the type of salad and veggies, sauce, rice. Not very expensive and also very generous in portion size. I couldn’t finish my lunch and it also made a good quick second meal. I wish they also sold falafels as side item for a quick snack would be great. Currently one has to buy only as appetizer. ”

I had enough leftover for another meal. It's difficult to see in the picture but under all that beautiful meat is a hefty portion size of rice! I highly recommend giving them a try. ”

I was highly impressed with the friendliness displayed from all of the workers. I even had Carlos hand deliver my meal to me in a timely manner during a busy lunch rush. The food was phenomenal. All the meat was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Each patron I observed greatly enjoyed their meal. You will get a large quantity while remaining high quality food you’re consuming. “ Delicious, great prices, sizable portions and nice people. Service is pretty fast too. It doesn't have the Mediterranean variety of Cava, but the taboule and Greek salads are good. Chicken and gyro meat were both delicious. But you can also get a burger and fries if that's your thing. Visiting family and couldn't pass up the chance to try something new. Nice to see a little diversity in this small town. I sure hope Golden Greek is here to stay. ”

“ The first time we tried Golden Greek was a dine in experience, and it was so good. I tried the chicken & shrimp plate, and the serving was massive. I also liked that you can pick the toppings that come on your side salad. I had enough food leftover to take home and enjoy the next day. We have also used the pickup option and tried the chicken shawarma plate for the first time, and the flavor of the chicken was so delicious that we will definitely be having it again. The service has always been prompt and friendly, and the food has always been hot & fresh both times. As a resident of Woodbury, I'm so glad this restaurant is here in town since we don't have many options. We will definitely be filling up our punch card fast. 10/10 ”

“ Sometimes in reviews you wish you could give one less star for service, especially for extra bad service - but not here! This time I wish I could give a bonus ! This was new to me. I think they have been open for about 8 months. I live halfway between the edge of Murfreesboro and Woodbury and I totally confess, I slide left more than right and don't get into Woodbury as often - and then, I'm generally on a mission. So, where are they? Directly across from Chilangos Mexican Restaurant and abutting Woodsviking's new location. Parking is plentiful and when I came in at about 2:30, they were pretty full. That should tell you something. New places can sometimes take a while to be found, we see that from time to time and others, their first 2 or 3 weeks are the busiest and it tapers off from there. Here at Golden Greek they are in full swing. The food is typical of the Gyro style model of what most expect of "Greek" food. But, I saw some killer burgers being made just in case Tabbouleh is scary (it's the parsley based salad and it is great). I always get Tabbouleh when I can, I can get regular salad all over the place. I got a combo plate (chicken and Gyro meat) over traditional yellow rice. Take a look at the portion size. Very generous. And more is not necessarily better unless it's more of something good - and it was. I took a picture of the menu board, it seems a little bigger than some Gyro style model restaurants. Anyway, you are probably tired of reading and maybe a little hungry so I'll sign off by saying, they seem like good people (I got a chance to visit a bit with them) and the Gyros are top flight! ”
